在该任务中，你需要前往海关的三层宿舍楼二楼的老冠军藏身处（在209和211房间之间）获取黑料, 以“幸存”状态撤离后上交（可以选择上交给Fence、竞技场裁判、Lightkeeper）。
需要公寓管理员钥匙才能解锁老冠军藏身处。钥匙会在海岸线的走私者营地刷新（必定刷新）。
